About
What this is
Frameworks and cases on enterprise AI adoption, platform product, and the operating model around agents: how work is allocated between people and agents, how the gain is measured, and who owns the gate between an agent and production. Everything here is argued from my own operating record.
Start with The Unfunded Mandate, the framework on why enterprise AI adoption stalls at the operating model and the three moves that get past it. Then the Cases section: the problem, how it was diagnosed, what was decided and traded away, how it was implemented, and what it produced. The cases are anonymised and each states its disclosure boundary. Fuller named versions exist and are shared on request, after a conversation.
Who is writing
Seventeen years running product organisations inside four global companies, most recently as Global Product Director at Conde Nast, where I owned the consumer platform and a 100+ person organisation across New York, London and Bengaluru; before that Data Axle, Viacom18 and GE. The shape is the same each time: define the problem nobody has named, design the operating model and the technology together, and install the ownership that keeps the result alive after I leave. The full record is on LinkedIn.
